Curo Health offers to provide a travelling nurse to the patients home or office to prevent inconvenience to the patient/client, however they have refused to offer me this service claiming that there is no support in my area. I have humbly requested on a few occasions both myself and via my financial broker to kindly follow through on the unique service they claim to offer, however, they refuse to provide the service to a long standing client affiliated to their insurance company, Extremely disappointing service and false advertising.
Desired outcome: I request a concierge medical service as per claims on their website
