I was giving the name by the ex husband. I do not want anyone to get in trouble, I just want to close on my first home. And if I don't close by this Friday, we lose our low interest rate and our note is going up. Surely you all can understand how exciting and overwhelming also at the same time I am. Everyone understand their first home they bought But my other delima. His ex wife was selling a home down the road from him when we ran across him because he had a for sale by owner sign in his front yard and the one listed by Cauldwell had stopped taking offers . Mr. Mitchell was so kind and said he'll pull the sign and will not take any offers and will hold the house for them only. We had been looking for so long and because our funds are limited, someone always came along and offered more over the price and we couldn't match it. Anyway, here's my problem. We gave them a month and a half for her to sign a quick claim deed. I know you're probably thinking well there's equity owed or some other things. There isn't anything else needed. As a matter of fact his attorney even wrote something up to protect Mikki McLendon (even though she isn't an agent on this home) This home was purchased prior to marriage. Mr. Mitchell even offered more just to help us close. Again, please remember we gave the 6 weeks and we had everything already done because we work at Navy Federal. Seems to me and I believe anyone else from the outside looking in All this is, is an ex that doesn't want him to sell his house. Now Our big problem. Remember i said if we don't close by Friday, our interest rates will jump because that is their last day. I've always heard good things of Cauldwell Banker and heard of their reputation. This is a disgruntled agent that really isn't affecting no one but us (the buyer). Please help restore my faith in Cauldwell. ALL this is, is an signature. Thats all

Desired outcome: Please get Mikki McLendon to sign quickly. Closing is at 1 pm Friday. Even her own attorney said it was good
