Purchased a hamburger on 7/18/2026 at Elk River Culvers. The burger was burnt and so thin you could not see it in the bun. # on receipt
4557972648885. Very disappointed. Culvers brags about their great smashed burger. It was an awful smashed burger. It doesn't want to make a person the honor this business. TIme 5 pm. I should not have to order a double burger just to get some flavor

Desired outcome: change the outcome of the burger. No one likes a charred burnt burger.
