Culver's review: The gm will not trespass a stalker

My niece Works for culvers in port Charlotte FL and the managers and her GM will not trespass her Ex boyfriend from the business. He has came into her work location 3 times trying to talk to her. He has waited in the parking lot for her to get off work. Connie her GM and Connie's sister Kassie who is also a manager at the location has said they CAN'T trespass him. That is not true. I have spoke with a Sargent with our local police department and he said that Culvers needs to protect their employees. If the mgt is unwilling to protect her while she works for the company I will retain her a LAWYER.
