Culver's review: Mission Culver's, Kansas, complaint about bad customer service from new employee Sutton

Just 5 minutes ago. We got a very rough service, and new employee Sutton refused to serve me and my daughter. A new employee on orders asked word Sprite 5 times. He heard order for basket with no problem. So it wasn't technical issue.

He got an answer from me and my daughter and still wasn't able to heard word Sprite.

On our question if here a problem with thus word, he refused to serve us at the window and closed the window pushing away another employees. We are living on Mission and buying food in Culver's about 2-3 times a week. We never saw this employee before and never had so bad customer service in Culver's Mission.

Desired outcome: I think employee like this Sutton can not represent Culver's company in Mission, Kansas
