Culver's review: Double deluxe butter burger

On December 9th, my husband and I ordered 2 Double Deluxe Butter Burgers with ketchup & mustard, minus the mayo. We headed over to watch the Packer game with some friends. When we opened our burgers, one of them only had a single, plain burger on a bun. Not a double, no cheese, tomato, onion pickles, ketchup, mustard... Nothing! We called Culver's immediately and a guy took my information to send us value meal compensation coupons to our home. Unfortunately, it's been 6 weeks and we still don't have the coupons. I thought I'd reach out here, before contacting the BBB, to see if it can be resolved this way.

Desired outcome: Coupons for reimbursement/compensation as promised
