I go to Culver's consistently, it is one of my top choice fast food places. There have been mistakes made in the past where I had to come back and get a replacement order. About 2 weeks ago I went to the Culver's in Westfield Indiana and ordered a sourdough melt, single patty extra Mayo. I repeated my order a few times only to get two patties and a soaked sandwich in mayo. Since they were closing soon, I decided I wasn't going to complain about my food not being prepared correctly. I took the extra mayo and patty off. I honestly felt that some child was just trying to be facetious because I ordered right before I ordered my food. That was my bad I didn't pay attention to the time because I was hungry. Last night I returned to the same Culver's and instead of going through the drive through like I always do, I went inside. The person taking my order didn't look like he wanted to be there and was doing me a favor by taking my order. I let that slide, only to see him treat the couple with their children that came in after me, the same way. I waited on my food, he looked up and remembered that I was still there waiting, grabbed my bag and put my meals inside. I asked him for marinara sauce that he failed to remember and he basically rolled his eyes. I went through the receipt and they didn't add extra mayo like I had asked when ordering. I turned around and asked for two mayo packets and he just made me uncomfortable like I was in the wrong for asking after I told him that's what I wanted on my melt. After getting into my car I called the store to speak with a manager only to get a rude response, no customer service skills, he didn't reassure me that anything would be take care of nor did he apologize. Didn't try to correct anything. Very disappointed.
