I have never had a problem before today
First. A burger was left off. Waited long time. Which never happens even at a busy lunch time
The burger was burned. I totally understand how all restaurants are short handed. Kaily was the managers name. Just made me feel like I was messing yall over. She didt ever apologize til I said they burned the burgers, etc. Dont think I will ever go back here again. Ive been working for Ihop for 27 years. Customers are not perfect but dont call them thiefs on the sly.
