I ordered a Cuisinart Grind & Brew Coffee Maker and you shipped me the wrong product. You shipped me the Cuisinart Thermal Coffee Center - SS-20 series.

I bought your Grind and Brew years ago and it finally stopped working which is why I ordered another one. Now I have this huge box which I have to mail back to you.

I would like you to tell me how to ship this coffee maker back to you. I am at 9982 SW Trapper Terrace,Bldg. 66, Beaverton, OR 97008 and my landline phone is [protected]. I do not have a cell phone at this time,
