CTG Car Service review: Car service used by access-a-ride

Twice today, for a scheduled trip on NYC MTA Access-A-Ride, the CTG Car Service used by AAR failed to show up. When contacted, they first said we had canceled the ride (we had not), then claimed we were now present for a pick-up (we were at the location early and waited for 40 minutes. When AAR authorized and schedule a second attempt at a pickup, we waited an hour and no car arrived. Friends had to pay for an Uber.

Either CTG Car Service [protected]) is completely inept and dishonest, or they are scamming the city, getting paid for rides for people with disabilities that never happen.

This is terrible to treat elderly disabled people this way.
