CSL Plasma Irondequoit Rochester NY Irewards review: Irewards did not give me my points

I refer somebody and I didn't get any points. They've donated several times and now they didn't brought somebody to donate and I believe it said that once you bring somebody whenever they bring somebody you still get something off of it but I'm not receiving nothing and I don't think that's fair like y'all getting in my plasma but what am I getting.
