I ordered from Cryogen their sample product for $39.95 which was supposed to include 2 bottles of their skin tag remover. My credit card wsd billed for 2 different charges of $59.99 & $199.88 on June 13, 2023. I received about a week later a box with 5 bottles of skin tag serum and a jar of moisturizer creme. I have been unable to find a customer service number but sent several emails inquiring about the difference in what was advertised and what was sent. I have never received an answer. Then on July 13, 2023 my card was charged again for $199.88. I sent 2 more emails requesting an RMA to return the product and have my credit card account credited. I have not as of July 25 received any response from Cryogen. I would like to have all of the product that I've been sent (10 bottles of serum and 1 jar of moisturizer) less the one bottle that I've opened returned for a FULL credit other than the cost of 1 bottle. The product also did not work at all.

Desired outcome: I would like to return 9 of the unopened bottles of serum plus the jar of moisturizer for full credit less the cost of 1 bottle of serum.

This company is a SCAM machine. I ordered one bottle for $64.94 with a free extra bottle on November 29, 2023. They billed me for $129.88. I got them to immediately refund me for $64.94. After a MONTH of it NOT working, I called them for a refund of the remaining $64.94 on December 27, 2023 . They said to send back unused free bottle to a Tennessee address which I did on December 28, 2023. I recalled on Jan 12, 2024 to check refund status. I did NOT think I had a tracking number in which their conversation stopped there. They said they have no record of the product being returned. Luckily, my wife found the tracking number. They got it on Jan 2, 2024. Now, they had to admit they got it. They said they needed 7-10 business days to process refund. I will call them again on Jan 19, 2024. Their Customer Service is available to speak to but beware that they have every excuse ready to NOT give you a refund. I asked to speak to supervisor of which there are none available. They make millions of dollars keeping your money for a product that does not work. I only bought it because a SHARK TANK person was supposed to be involved with this company. They sure got my money quickly BUT I'm going to get every penny back!

I have fallen for the scam as well. Can you provide me with the address you used to return your "unopened bottles" of which I have 7 bottles. Any customer service number you have would be appreciated too. So can I dispute this charge with my credit card company?

Thanks for your help.

I have had the same experience with Cryogen as most of these reviews. I ordered one bottle, but there were two separate withdrawals from my bank account within just a few minutes immediately. I have disputed the withdrawals, and I have emailed and called the customer service for Cryogen. The customer service is located in southeast Asia.

I was mailed two bottles of Cryogen and one anti-age moisturizer, which I did not order, but there is no return address to return the product, other than a postal box in Smyrna, Tennessee. Why are they allowed to do this?

Has anyone actually tried using this product? I received the same. Did not come with instructions on how to use. They did credit my account for me half the amount. Decided not to fight for the rest.

Same as above. No way to stop the charges or to send back the product. Don't fall for this. It just inert water and you can't stop the charges. I had to fill a claim with my credit card and still no end to this nightmare.

I ordered 1 bottle of cryogen - skin tag remover. (I only have a few skin tags and wanted to see if it would work). I received 5 bottles and was charged $199. they are avail on Amazon for less that $39. ) I didn't realize how much I was being charged, and since it didn't work, but the hassle of returning and paying an added fee didn't make since, so I waited for my credit card bill. The bill came in and I called to see why I was charged so much, why I got 5 bottles and how could I get a guaranteed refund. It was exactly 29 days after the original order and 23 days after the delivery. I called and was told I would be getting an additional 5 bottles for another $199. and it was too late to return the original bottles. I should return the second order and she assured me the auto ship for each month would be discontinued.

There is no return information in the box. I am closing the box, putting a return address on and sending it back to your facility. I am sending the bottles back on Monday, Sept. 4, 2023.

The product doesn't work and if it did, I wouldn't need 5 bottles a month. I check on line with Cryogen and found that their original skin tag remover, has been counterfeited. They said it should sting a little and cloud over before it dries up tags, Then tags should disappear. This was water and nothing more.
