Cryogen review: Cryogen tag remover

On internet I bought one bottle for 59.99 there were promo for buy one anf get one free. I never got receipt or say there is shipping charge I paid with my bank debit card. The bank said they charge me 119.52 another one was 9.99 for shipping charge supposed to be charge for one bottle not two bottle or not shipping charge. I want the rest of the money I email then they are playing that they can't find my order I have email them so many times I am deaf and old I dont have long distance to call them but I found now that that are scam so why u people still have them online for please email me [protected]@sbcglobal.net thanks
