CRST International review: payment not received!, unethical behavior, big business takes advantage of small businesses

My name is Antonio PerDue, I am the president of Economy Moving & Storage, LLC out of Cincinnati, OH. Father of 2, and former veteran. I don't write reviews for the fun of it, I have plenty of other things to do. When a company owes you tens of thousands of dollars and avoids your calls and emails, it tends to bother a person.

My company was hired by CRST to perform deliveries for IKEA, and it was a nightmare from the start. Not the service to IKEA, but the broker CRST. It took 4 months for them to provide me with a commission statement.

They charged us tens of thousands for claims, beginning on the very first day we started, mind you about 7 CRST employees were there the first week and had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE What they were doing. CRST is the arm pit of bad business practices.

Andrew Hadland and Cecil Rails are a joke!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR FREE. CRST TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SMALL BUSINESS!
