Crowdco LLC review: Spam company

Dear Sir,
We did a contract with this company to run marketing campaign for our new product, this is since more than a month, and till now no delivery from their side, also they do not do what they promised us.
We paid them 3, 250.00 USD as advanced payment (attached is the bank transfer ), and our product (filesdna.com) will be launched in 1 Nov 2020, and till now they did not do anything.
Each time we have a call or meeting the owner of the company Patrick C. he just play with the words and nothing done so far.
I asked him to do a refund and close this issue, but he refused, by saying he will do the work and I have not to worry. But I know this is only waste of time.

So I want to raise your attention to this issue and ask you for a help to refund my money.
