Failure to update me on monthly statement of payments made to my debtors
I have been making payments twice a month for my debtors to be paid since Sept 2021 until Oct 21st and only upon a suit against me recently was able to request a copy of monthly statements of payments made by your company up till August of this year due to a pre trial from one of my debtors who were trying to sue me for non payment which your company should have been addressing.
I was told by one of their employees that their company doesn’t do monthly statements which I feel is totally unacceptable as a client has the right to know what has been paid and to whom as well as service fees being included in.
I need this information for any further action against me to show the court of payment history by this company.

Debt settlement servicer account funding
Crossroads Financial Technologies worked with Beyond Finance and Cross River Bank (recently issued a cease and desist order by the FTC in March 2018 & 2023 for unfair lending practices). Besides the fact that Beyond Finance completely screwed me over and took advantage of me for having a low credit score and a mental disability, they issued horrible credit advice, which caused my credit score to drop 250 points, fees and payments charged of ~$3k to settle $4.5k of debt, which left me with a personal C+ loan of $5.5k at 30% interest rates to payback. Crossroads and Beyond refuse to provide me with final credit card billing statements or documentation on how fees were calculated. Some loans were not settled, which happen to be owned by Affirm, Inc and Cross River Bank.
The fraud and certifiable scam against the Fair Lending Act and American Disability Act to name a few are horrendous. These businesses should be punished.
