Credit Central, LLCcollection techniques


My husband and I have been customers of Credit Central for many years. We have fallen on some hard times and have been late with some payments. Of course employees as well as the manager in our town of Gadsden, Al. have called each time. We have expected this and don't have a problem with that. My husband answers their calls and we don't try to dodge their contact. We understand they have a business to run. However this last time the manager called 6/23/2017 and talked to my husband. He told the manager that sometimes things happen you can't control. He then said the power bill and food were higher priorities at the time. She then stated that he had a "bad" attitude because of his priorities. I am not sure if this is your policy when attempting to collect a debt but criticizing ones character is disrespectful in my opinion.
