I was always dreamin to have a salt-water and heated pool. They made my dream come true with providin the best experience that I had! I appreciate it a lot.

I'm really happy with how my landscape turned out. It looks so pretty and everything has a purpose. The grass is greener and the plants are all super easy to take care of. Great job!

All I can say is WOW! I did alot of research on different companies before deciding on Creative Environments and I'm glad to say I don't have any regrets. They did an amazing job creating a backyard space for my family that really feels like an oasis. I would recommend them time and time again. Their team was also incredibly professional and easy to work with. Thank you!

I found out 'bout Creative from talkin' to some folks in my hood. They all had way better yards than me. Turns out, most of 'em hired Creative Environments to fix up their yards. When I heard that, I knew I had to get in touch. I didn't wanna be the only house on the block with a hideous yard. The design team showed me a few ideas, and I picked the one I liked the most. Then they got down to business. The crew was real nice to have around. They cleaned up after themselves and took care of everything without any problems.

My neighbor has used this company for a few months. Unfortunately, we've had issues with the landscapers coming onto our property and even worse, illegally dumping debris on my property. Today, a Creative Environments landscaper rolled a wheelbarrow full of debris down three houses, crossed the street, and threw rocks and debris over the fence onto my property. It's illegal and shocking! I confronted the worker and spoke to the supervisor, who simply said, "Sorry, they don't normally do that." So, normally the company follows the law and usually takes their debris with them. However, there are times when they roll debris down the street and dump it on the neighbor's property. Can you believe it? It's unbelievable and absolutely reprehensible. I strongly advise against hiring this company. Choose a company that follows the law and behaves ethically.

If I had to do it again, I would not use Creative Environments Design & Landscape. The customer service is disgraceful. They made assumptions about the gas line placement at my house without consulting the builder. When they were proven wrong, they charged me over $2,000 for a change order. When I asked to speak to the designer's boss, I couldn't even get the person's name. The crew that worked on the pool left garbage in the pool and yard from their unfinished lunch, soda cans, and cigarette butts. When I brought this to their attention, they apologized but no one came to clean it up except for my wife, so our dogs wouldn't eat the food. They also didn't bring their own hoses to fill up my pool. They turned on the water and left without informing me how long it would take to fill the pool or when to turn off the water. They missed deadlines. They provided a schedule for the last two weeks of work, but after four weeks, the designer told me it was just an estimate and that deadlines don't matter in construction. Seriously? You can't meet a deadline in the last two weeks of a project? The designer confirmed certain garden bed sizes that would fit in my yard during the design phase. However, during construction, the beds turned out to be too big and had to be reduced. This mistake cost me an additional $2,000, and she refused to reimburse me for it. When I demanded that she come with her boss to fix the issue, she said she had other appointments and couldn't make it. So, my deadlines weren't important, but her appointments were? When I called the office to reach the designer's boss while the construction team was showing me the problem with the garden beds, they claimed they didn't know who her boss was and promised to call me back, which they never did. I also informed the designer that I wanted a meeting with her, her boss, and the project manager, but her boss didn't show up once again.

Me and my hubby, we made a deal with Creative Environments on 7/15 to get our pool and backyard all fancy. But guess what? It's still not done as of 5/5. Can you believe it? We flunked a whopping 4 *** inspections during this whole thing. And get this, we've had to deal with 4 different project managers. Talk about a headache!

But that's not all, folks. We've had some shoddy tile and grout work going on, and not one, but two major leaks in the pool. Those leaks were so bad that they had to tear down part of the pool structure. And guess what? The structure they built ain't even level! Can you believe the nerve?

Oh, and let's not forget about the missing plants and emitters, and the missing bond wire. It's like they forgot to finish the job or something. And to top it all off, they left trash and junk in our front yard for a good 6 months. Our HOA wasn't too happy about that and slapped us with 3 fines. Thanks a lot, Creative Environments!

And don't even get me started on the lack of communication. We've sent countless emails, texts, and made endless phone calls, but it's like they're avoiding us. Our project manager only bothers to show up every few weeks or months. Talk about being MIA!

We've paid almost everything, except for the last 10% of the total price. But honestly, we don't even have a safe, functional, or good-looking pool. It's a total disappointment.
