I purchased an used cell from Crayton Electronics that was defective. I tried contacting the company by email but they never answered. I tried calling a phone # that I found on their site, but it was either busy or they would say that it was out of service. I browsed on the internet to find out that there are lots of complaints about this company. As soon as I received the cell I emailed them and send the phone back. I haven't heard from them at all. I think that this company is ripping off people that can't afford to get a better service. I am a retired person living on a tight budget and I can't afford to waist my money like this.

Customer svc refused to make good on guarantee
Their website claims "Please email Crayton Electronics with any problem. We answer all emails within 48hrs. [protected]@craytonelectronics.com" but they will not reply to my email.
They shipped me a defective phone, when I contacted them per above to get an exchange, which their web site guarantees, there was no reply in 12 days. I have repeatedly emailed them but still no response after 2 weeks. Apparently they take your money and run. Do not use this company, what they are doing is illegal.

After a month, told me all my emails went to their spam folder. They have now finally exchanged my phone and have make good on their stated policy.

I love this website. I was answered in under 24 hours. Are you sure it did not go in your spam folder? I own a cleaning company and supply my employees with phones. I purchase from them regularly. I have had a defective but it was resolved in 1 day. They are used phones after all. Have you seen there great prices? I will never use anyone else.

Fee for defective product
Crayton electroncis sold me a brocken cellphone, and when I asked to send it back for a refund they chared me a 15% restocking fee. I paid for a rush shipment, now I have to pay to return the broken phone, and they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. I will spend as much on shipping fee as I will get in credit. This is not good business. Please reconsider before doing business with Crayton Electroncis. There are other ways to get used cellphones, Craiglist list and other on line venders, do not use Crayton Electoncis... they are a rip off.
I will never do business with then again.
