Cover Insurance Company review: I want my policy cancelled as I requested. I would like my premium refunded.

Cover Insurance also Redpoint Mutual Insurance Company in Austin TEXAS provide auto insurance in an app on line.

I have had insurance with them for almost a 2 years. I have attempted to not renew.. to cancel as I have gotten other insurance here locally, they will not respond to my email request.

I have sent 10 emails with out any response and they have charged my debit card.

Help please, I can't afford to pay for 2 policies.
