Courts Singapore & Xiaomi Singapore review: Xiaomi TV

I bought a Xiaomi TV from Courts. The TV spoilt within manufacturers warranty. I called Courts(staff Yuges) who ask me to call Xiaomi. Xiaomi claim they dont service this TV. Ask me to call Courts back. Xiaomi refused to call Courts (staff Piya). I called Courts(staff Nick). Courts is clueless even with full TV purchase details. Still says xiaomi should service. My gripe is can Courts sell a product claiming manufacturers warranty but not covered. This is wrongful claim. Also they dont know any info about servicing my TV and keep giving wrong info. Customer misled. Courts to explain its malpractices and compensate me. After 2 days of calls emails messages they are very casual. Never call back.

Even xiaomi dont bother pushing blame to Courts. Never call back.

Frustrating.
