Courtland Warren Opteffect review: Coaching/training

This letter is being issued to protect future victims of Courtland Warren's workplace sexual misconduct.

Courtland Warren engaged in sexually predatory behavior, violated my sexual boundaries, and displayed a pattern of gaslighting abuse. He abused his position and the inherent power imbalance that exists between coach/client and teacher/student. This is egregious considering the vulnerable nature of his clients and students in his coaching and trainings. He used this imbalance to engage in a sexual relationship with me that violates the very ethics of the work he teaches. I experienced this victimization over the last year, and I know of several other women who have experienced the same. He resigned from his former company during the investigation of this complaint.

Because he continues to be in a similar role in his private company and because his behavior has not changed after multiple reported occurrences, I fear he will abuse again
