CouriersPlease and Kmart review: Parcel delivery, click and collect service and kmart kit accepting responsibility for my parcel delivery

Product not received. Unable to contact the courier service CouriersPlease and appalling click and collect device when I tried to find out about my parcel

I have been providing my consignment number and details to CouriersPlease chat bot for past 3 hours. Every time I submit the website tells me an error has occurred. The website is broken. I have called 4 times requesting again to speak with a human team member and I’m sent a link to a chat bot again.

I have asked my husband to follow up from his laptop thinking the website has not been built for a mobile device. He encountered the same difficulties.

I called Kmart they told me to call click and collect. The person who attended to my enquiry yelled at me that Kmart does not accept responsibility for the parcel and kept telling me to call the courier company. I kept telling her I could not get through to the courier company. She was not listening to what I was explaining and lacked complete understanding of the situation. Hideous human being that should be fired!

My husband is stressed, I am stressed!

I purchased a quilt cover for my 94 year old mother I law. I specified on the instruction notes to knock loudly and wait for her to open the door. I did not specify to leave the parcel.

Furthermore I received advice from the courier company that the parcel would be delivered on Monday 11 Dec. I was not given any warning that it would be delivered today Thursday 7 Dec.
