I ordered a pair o sneakers from this company, when I received them they were too big. When I contacted them about a refund, they suggested I give them as a gift to someone and how about a big coupon for next time. After emailing back and forth they offered a 10% refund and said my feedback was the best help. Then in another email they offered 30%, the best they could do as they needed to reduce the companies losses. Sad to say right after I place my first order, I placed another order, but by the time the first order got here it was too late to cancel... Now they are not even sending that order. Just sending the same email word for word " the best is 30%... I' be attached a piture... Buyer beware!
