On Sept. 18, 2022, I ordered a pair of Cosylands Trendy Punk High Heel Sandals (black, size 7) from "Cosylands". The order # is CL49062. I received the shoes around Oct. 4, 2022 (USPS Tracking #[protected] 7421 99). I ordered a size 7 and I received a size 8. The shoes are too big. On Oct. 23, 2022, I emailed Cosylands letting them know that they sent me the wrong size shoe and I would like to return the shoes for a 100% refund.

Cosylands sent me the wrong size shoe; therefore, Cosylands should be paying for the return. I’m not giving these shoes to anyone as a gift and I don’t want a coupon. Please forward me specific details as to where and how I need to return these shoes. Since you refuse to pay for the return shipment, I’ll absolutely pay for the return, please send me a full refund to the card in which I paid for the shoes. This is horrible customer service and I will NEVER order another item from Cosylands; and, I’ll be sure to right a review reflecting my experience.

Please tell me how this makes sense. I purchase a pair of shoes from Cosysland and pay about $45 including taxes and shipping; and, you want me to accept $10. Mind you…. the only reason why we’re having this dispute is because Cosysland sent me the wrong size shoes. By the way, I had to go out and purchase another pair of shoes to wear to the event I bought the shoes for. I need to cut my losses.

We also paid a lot of money to send the package to you, however, you don't like the items and choose to send back, if you insist on returning, you will bear the shipping.
The returning delivery charges too expensive and it takes a long time. So why not keep them or give them to friends and we can offer you some discount or partial refund for your next purchase. Please advise.

Basically, they are refusing to send me a full refund.
Since they sent me the wrong size shoe and I had to purchase another pair of shoes to wear to the event in which I bought those shoes for... My desired outcome is for Cosylands to refund me 100% for the cost of the shoes, including taxes and shipping.
