Cosmopolitan Building Development review: Complaint

Good day

I'm having a problem where I'm staying, we as community we found out that our place is not what they sold to us by cosmopolitan as it has sold saying its an estate only to find out that we're township it was 2019. so most of community members stopped paying levy of which it was 250 a month. Then during 2020 we started receiving summons now the csi has sent out sheriff to collect our furnitures. We then meet together as nonpayers nd agreed to pay. We submitted our request of payment arrangement but still csi directors keep on declining us nd threatening to send the sheriff. We really need help on this some of us are not working affected by pandemic.

Cosmopolitan has take the home owners to the lawyers demanding people to pay R250 levies while our place is not recognized as an estate from municipality, now lawyers are sending sheriff to take people's furniture.

We really need help as this is affecting us, cosmopolitan is oppresing people's freedom and their rights as South Africans. This also traumatize kids. Help us please!
