Cosmo Germiston review: Rate adjustment on municipality bill

I moved in in March and my May municipality statement showed that I owe R 9 818 in [censored] rate adjustment municipality then tells me I need to pay that amount as my bond was registered in December, mind you i was not even living in that house because it did not exist as yet, it was just Foundation. Till today in August, i still have not received any feedback to my request with cosmo and they never told me that the would be this charge in my municipality account. 😡 I am so angry because now I am being charged an extra amount for not paying. Cosmo really did us dirty
