I purchased a 2012 Ford Taurus in Feb. 2014. In July 2015 I took my car in for a battery replacement. When I picked it up the back sun shade, which wasn't up, started banging, they disconnected it until they could get me back in. Within 2 hours I was back at the dealership due to front noise. The PTU needed replacement, within a week of getting my vehicle back I had to have the rear end replaced. It seems as though a simple battery change has caused a whole host of issues that I never had prior to taking my car in for the battery. Since Feb. of 2017 I have had my car in 5 times due to my key not being detected. They can't seem to fix it. They say it is fixed and I keep getting the no key detected. I am getting poor customer resolution and the dealer owner doesn't return my calls to help find resolution or to listen to my concerns. Much more here but I can't fit everything here on this form.
Sounds frustrating Laurie. As to the point, what would you like them to do for you?
