I made an online order on dryalaska.com on 10/14. My order was #2219, and it cost 300 US dollars. It was the "Stinger long coat":

I got an email saying that my order was confirmed, but I never got feedback after that. I emailed them (to their gmail account, the only one they provide!), sent them DM via Facebook and tried to find their phone number, but everything was unsuccessful.
On 11/5, I wrote on their Facebook wall, showing my order number and date. They deleted my post, so I wrote it back. This time they wrote "Please DM us". I did, but they continued ignoring me, until a few days later, when someone wrote me on Messenger. He used his personal account to say "your order is currently being shipped from one of our international warehouse's". But when I asked him a proof about it, or a message form an official channel, he ignored me.
Then I was blocked from both dryalaska Fanpage and Messenger. I want my money back.
