Corporate Shopping Company — refunded orders
I made 3 orders on the home app. I am a loyal customer of Wish. The website stopped my purchasing privilege asking for a copy of my bank statement. I'm not giving them a copy and explained that to them. My orders were made on Jan. 11, 2020. Instead of allowing me to continue shopping, they refunded my money and cancelled my orders. I explained that I didn't cancel my orders and that they need to reinstate them at their own expense. I don't know what kind of problem they're having, but I wanted the items I ordered. Please help me.
