Cornubia Makro review: Party rocker boom box

Item was purchased online on the 12/08/23. Delivered on the 13/08/23. When we opened it 1 light was not working. We took it to the Cornubia branch on 14/08/23 for an exchange. They refused to change it & offered us a R3000 voucher to purchase anything else from the store & stated that the advert had ended that 13th. We did not want anything else so we took the item back home. I saw that the item was on advert again on the 21st so I took the item back to the store hoping I would get the R3000 voucher so I could repurchase the item but instead was told that my 7 days for return was over and that they will send my item for repairs. I refused and took item back. I phoned customer service on the 22nd and till the 25th I got no reply so I phoned customer service again on the 25th. To date no feedback. Makro had Delivered me a broken item and they refused to exchange it. Very bad service both from the store and customer service. They don't have no urgency for customer complaints.
