I entrusted my interior and modular kitchen project to Cookscape nearly 5 months ago, trusting their promises of professional service and timely completion. Unfortunately, even after making the full payment, the project has still not progressed properly, and the materials themselves have not yet been delivered. What made the situation even worse was the behavior and handling of the project by the Production Manager, Christo. Managing a project clearly seemed harder for him than ignoring customer calls. For someone holding the title of Production Manager, there was very little “production” and even less “management.” Professionalism, accountability, and communication were completely missing throughout the process.
Once the full amount was paid, responses became extremely poor. Calls and messages were regularly ignored, and no proper updates, timelines, or accountability were provided. Instead of addressing concerns responsibly, the replies often felt careless, dismissive, and highly uncooperative. As a customer already dealing with delays and financial stress, basic professionalism and respectful communication were the minimum expected.
This entire experience has been mentally exhausting and financially frustrating. Customers place their trust in such companies for important home projects, and being left without materials, updates, or proper support for months after full payment is completely unacceptable.
I am posting this review to warn others to be extremely cautious before choosing this company for interior or modular kitchen projects. Please verify customer reviews carefully, avoid making full payment upfront without proper safeguards, and ensure there is written accountability for timelines and delivery commitments.
I sincerely hope the company takes responsibility for pending projects, improves its customer service standards, and treats customers with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
