Two weeks in a row I have received mail solicitations addressed to my deceased wife for medicare advantage plans. My deceased wife as well as myself have been Humana Gold Plus members for 15+ years. How dare a Humana owned company from accessing member data base to send out solicitations for a company owned by Humana? How very uncaring and shameful. I want my wife's name removed totally so these transgressions do not occur again.
