On the 25 26 & 27 of July I hauled 16000 bushels of corn to the terminal from one bin. The grading was all basically the same, except for two loads. It rained the night before I delivered my grain, my grain did not get wet! They docked me severely saying my grain was bad, these loads came in the middle of my hauling.
I called shortly after I discovered a problem with the grading. They regraded the sample and said it was still bad. I ask it the sample could have come from someone else, they said no. I said that they had a problem with the probe that took the sample that it must have had bad grain in it from the rain, they said no it was not their equipment.
I believe it was their fault for the poor sample
Desired outcome: I feel that they should refund me the dock they charged me for two loads and apologize for not believing me when I said my grain was not at fault
