Conservice.com review: Overcharging on sewage and water

I have been living here at 5355 S Rainbow Blvd. 22 years and Conservice.com is price gouging our utilities bill, big time. There's nio way my sewage can be $47 dollars it has been between $4.70 - $20 for 22 years now they want to overcharge my sewage and water.. with sewage at $47?! even my chart they send with my bill shows June the lowest month owing and they are overcharging me $47 I have never paid over $20 for sewage ever in 22 years livinf here, now conservice takes over our bill last year and I am being overcharged byu double figures!

Please investigate them also when I asked what were my meter readings they said they don't give that information out? Please get back to me on what can be done about their price gouging us seniors and citizens. and what Clark County is going to do about this overcharging by Conservice...
