Connecticut Basement Systems Radon

it was a good experience working with Connecticut Basement Systems Radon, Inc. they did a great job and were very professional.

I got a service date on 10/31/22. My Bubble up water system takes out Radon from my only well water source and gotta be cleaned and sterilized once a year. If they go outta business, I need a new company to clean and sterilize my tank.

Did the radon systems with them in 2013 and the radon test failed recently. I asked them to take a look and they didn't inform me that they will charge $125 + tax to just go to my house to check. The owner, Steve, was so rude when I called them. I understand that some companies charge a fee to go to your house if you don't do the project with them, but other companies let you know beforehand. The owner also threatened that if I don't pay them the fee that they didn't inform me before they came to the house, they will put a lien on my house.
