Conduit review: unethical behaviour

I have been talking to Alexandra Harvey (alexandra.[protected]@panjiva.com) because I want to get your product and include MExico but she tellms me that my company, CONDUIT, is not authorized.

I really dont understand this kind of discrimation to me since I only want to get a product that is being denied by you without giving any answers.

Please let me know what we can do to solve this
