I paid for parking and still got a ticket. I contacted them to dispute and they said don't pay the ticket till the dispute is resolved and they would extend the period but they didn't and I had to pay the full 120 instead of the 60. They claimed that the lot that says Surrey Central Parking was not theirs but all the lots around there were displaying the concord signs and they were the ones who gave me a ticket so I say bull
