American Consumers are spoiled. They think every company should operate like Amazon. uinforunately not all companys specialize in selling everything, and then delivering it all themselves as well. The items we sell are medical equipment and once the leave our warehouse they can not be old by us again. If the items are returned to the manufacturer they have to be in brand new condition and we still can not recieve full credit back. this is why if you actually tread our return policy t boils down to that most items can be returned for an exchange or a store credit. When you sell Medical Equipment these items are expensive with low profit margins. We do all we can to reduce costs for the customers as a whole by each customer paying for there own return costs and mistakes. The other option would be to raise all of our prices drastically to cover these additional costs for the few that need them. We do not sell a variety of other items that we can increase the price on and would still be affordable to cover these additional costs. Medical supply stores will not take these items back at all once they are sold. We use USPS to keep shipping costs as low as possible . Yes they have their problems, but again if you would like something better you have the option to pay for it. If we make a mistake we will take care of it. We know it can be a challenge when you just start out with these items to find what works best and return shipping can add to the cost, but once you find the best item for you ordering is fast, smooth, easy and the prices are lower than most. This is why we ave such a high inflation. Customers want everything added for free. The thing is that stuff is never really free it is an illusion . You are just charged for it in places and ways you do not notice (like item costs). We are extremely busy we are here taking calls all day everyday. We can not control the number of people that call and how long they want to talk. We answer the calls as fast as we can. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but most of our customers that know what they want, do not have problems and are extremely happy with our products and our Service.
