Zynga review: hit it rich complaint 44

This is the worst game I have ever played! The only way a person could ever come away with any coins is to not play this game! Never again will I ever play again! I played for many years! I hope everyone can read this review! I have more important things to do than to play Zenga games! I have never been more upset with anything in life, than to play your game! You could give me 50 trillion coins every day and I will never play this game because it is absolutely no fun! Your games should be shut down!

I used to enjoy playing Hit it Rich but the last few months I can absolutely no where. Nothing hits and I end up starting over NOT FUN ANYMORE.

i have been playing this game for awhile now and it seems to be joyfull at times and very frustrating at times. below is some positive and negative feedback around the game from my families point of view.

Positives:

- good variety of games to play

- like the daily challenges

- like the pet option to help

Negaitives:

- 80 % of the games we did not like

- the games we do like do not give you the amount preferred free spins or gameplay

- do not like how when you have alot of coins it ups your bet when returning to game

- when you purchase coins you do not get the value of game play you have purchased. it seems that when you buy often the worse the game gets to try and get more money from you.

- you should not force games onto players, example the daily game you had to play hot hot heros, DID NOT LIKE being forced to play very uncomfortable playing that game.

- when you receive bonuses like free spins for 10 minutes or whatever you dont get free spins - you should be able to get some to enjoy the bonus

- need to stop being greedy and open the game up around free spins, more coins, and spin time to really enjoy the game - dont get caught up on the pay to play that will come if you treat customers and give them jackpots and play time.

Of all the gaming sites I have played, this is by far the worst for player enjoyment and fairness. Please note, they are a stock company and the only way to increase the stock price is to steal from the players.

This may the worst "gaming" site on the internet.
I would advise anyone to avoid and not waste 1 minute of your time or a dollar of your hard earned money.
As you can see by so many comments they are not forward facing with the customers and are more interested in driving up their
stock price than providing a friendly and FAIR environment.

The machines in Vegas provide better odds than this site.

I will never play there game again. I spent over 200 on there coins and not one single bonus I asked for a full refund and they don’t want to give me my refund back. All I get back is “sorry your not having any luck” and they never answer my questions it’s always the same thing over and over again. I would have never thought that I would be scammed like I’m being scammed! I’m not a happy person!

Does anyone know how I can reach a higher up...They are forcing me to play because they wont give me a refund of $213.00 so after days of arguing they credit the coins which I expressed that I do not and will not play there game anymore.. They are a SCAM go to your bank and have them dispute the charges they will listen then and should credit your account because it's a SCAM honestly I don't know how they get by with it maybe FDC

I would like to know how they can get away with having you have a gift chest and you can’t retrieve your gifts.
Right now I have 88 people that sent me coins and 75 people that sent me spoons.

These changes that you have made recently are hurting your customers. I used to enjoy playing. Not anymore. You have taken so much from us. Our charms, daily race and even our bonus wheel amounts have decreased tremendously. The games hardly hit, and bonus games? What's that? It is very disheartening to see all these negative changes. I'm not the only one saying it neither. Similar complaints are on your Facebook page. I hope you start making positive changes for your customers, and stop ripping them off

About a week ago, after spending $50 I hit a $77 billion dollar jackpot. On 9/19/2018 (afternoon) after playing "FarmVille2" I decided to take a break and my coin count was $84 billion coins (I was betting $!00 millions a bet); I decided to take a break and 2 hours later resumed playing and my coins count was $15 billion. They took away $69 billion coins. I contacted support and they refer me to a the email of a special VIP department to re-log my complaint; I have written twice to them and they don't even acknowledge my request. What a bunch of crooks! Everybody should boycott them for customer abuse.

Will not load in flash mode. For a while, if I loaded a second time, I would get a place I could press to load in flash. Just now, won't load at all and showed directions of how to fix. Step 3, "add", didn't show on my computer so it looks like I won't be playing Hit It Rich any more.

I purchased some coins yesterday and you didn't give them to me .credit my account or give me my name coins ... You people are terrible to deal with ...answer your phone maybe you would get more people playing

Updated the hit it rich app as recommended and when it re-loaded my millions of coins that I previously earned were gone! Gone were also my saved charms and my friend list. I want it back the way it was! What the heck happened ?
