Zoxoro / Product not received
I purchased 3 Life Knives in December 2016 & have emailed multiple times as the tracking on my products had halted 2 months ago. All I received is generic emails saying Management will responde to my request shortly. I have requested a full refund on multiple occassions with no event. So disgusted with this business! I have now noticed the website has closed and have received no further email responses. I have lost nearly $300.

As the manager, I have already been in contact with you on this issue on several occasions.
And as you have been advised in several emails, I sent a request to the accounts department to process a refund for your order in the amount of $146.97.
I have followed up with the accounts department and they will be sending you an email once the refund has been processed.
