Zoara.com — Very frustrated customer
I was searching for a nice but simple ring as a present and found one on www.zoara.com. I contact the company and they claimed that the ring I wanted was in stock so I made an order. Weeks passed and nothing was delivered, so I contacted them again and was told that my ring was no more in stock. Then I asked for a refund and they said sure no problem. That was back in December and it is now April and still no money. Maybe they forgot about me or something, but I hope they'll see this message and contact me as soon as possible.
