I bought engagement ring from the company www.zoara.com.au. I paid about $460 for the order and delivery, but when I saw the package, I was really upset. The box was damaged and the ring missed 3 stones. I took several pics and contacted the seller, but they only told me that I would need to pay for the repair. I agreed and returned the ring, but they stopped to reply afterwards. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

We doubt that you have placed your order from our company for the following reasons:
- We don't have any engagement rings with diamonds for sale for $460 or even under $600.
-Your complaint is under our Australian variant however you stated a price in USD.
- We don't charge for repairs; all of our rings are under warranty so therefore we don't understand your claim.
-Every item that arrives is followed by a notification that it arrived. All emails are responded to within 24 hours so you would have received a response.
