waise hi uske chammach DK, Anurag, aur baki ke managers aur HR.

ZEON SOLUTIONS INC is a bad company. CEO Rupesh selfish, arrogant and bad behavior man. Management sucks especially Dinesh Khamele, Anurag Shivhare. They do not even respect their employees. Once project finishes they throw employees out without no reason. Management not doing anything to check the wrong doings of lower management in India.
DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
Management and CEO and other people are liars.

1. @ talk2koushik@gmail.com, I think work pressure is everywhere, and honestly if you know your work there is no pressure, pressure is felt when you don't know how to deal.
2. As you will see in some of these comments, employee is feeling pressure because he is more comfortable in Hindi...
3. Another one is commenting on Revenues, he miss understood the tag line, that is something for Customer, every company is saying the same to their customer in one or the other way, you open your business this is what you will tell your customer "How will my solutions help you"
4. One of the employee has posted his good experience with the company itself, whatever the reason may be for him to post this +ve comment, based on my experience in big other Indian big companies, even employee at Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant all have +ve & -ve experience, it depends on your understanding, perspective, are you even ready for this work culture etc.
5. In general what I will suggest, If you don't like something share to HR, escalate to senior Management, don't tell that other than you everyone is wrong, if that good you are you must be having your own organization, you must be so confident that you should have taken care of your issues than & there.

Zeon destroyed our web site traffic in less than a month with poor quality of work. They overstated thier ability. Can you provide some insight about the quality of work and site testing procedure?

How is the work culture, timings and people there ?
Which kind of java projects they have and whether they are in development or maintainence phase ?

Company management is highly unethical. if you are searching for the stability and security. I must say you are knocking the wrong door. Management is very much unprofessional and selfish. There are no such things like policies within the organization.

First of all, Thanks to initiate this thread I can understand what bring you to do this, that is nothing but the frustration you have faced while working with Zeon. I have some similar experiences and I totally agree with what you have said and believe me there are so many other like us.

Some people can't agree with us as they are still using XXXX@zeonsolutions.com... :)

However one thing is very true is that, there is no value for the resource under management eye. They treat resources as a unskilled labor who can work for 18 hrs a day. If some buddy want to do their own load testing that, how much work they can do in a day or how much stress they can handle should join Zeon. For rest of the people who wan a leave with family as well should not think about the company even once.

Org has every thing, they have good clients, good infrastructure, resources still from last four years it is just on a same level, and reason you will find under the company's tag line it self ("Accelerating Revenues Through Technologies"), in any way they just want to "Accelerate their own revenues. Bcoz of that, from management's point of view every buddy whether the Manager or Junior developer has equal resource value i.e. Big Zero.

So choose this at your own risk... Best Luck...
