Zaful / shipping and cancelling & refund

This is the worst customer service and site I ever seen they even don't speak english or understand anything I had an issue in order no one solve it they just keep saying we will solve it I ordered 3 items just before it gets shipped I asked if I can pay with different card they shipped 2 items only and cancelld the third one without my permission they didnt refund me 3rd item when I asked for replacement after hard times contacting them they said I have to place a new order

    Sometimes, due to the stock issue, we will contact the customer to exchange the out of the item for other item or cancel the item. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
