Yellow Cab Houston review: transportation 1

I called yellow Cab in Houston at 1.46 pm amd was told to give the driver 30 minutes to get to me. It has been two hours and I am just now getting a call saying the driver is 10 minutes away. This is after calling twice to find out if there is a cab closer. Dispatch goes on to tell me they only have one vehicle out in this area. Every time I try to give yellow cab the benefit of the doubt, I am left waiting two or three hours for a ride. Furthermore, their app isn't any help either. It lags, everytime I log in it freezes and makes me re log in. It is for these reasons yellow cab is loosing business to lyft amd Uber. It makes no sense. As I type this I am still waiting on my taxi.
