After shopping with a local vendor for several months for electronic cigarettes I started noticing strange charges on my credit card statement the bank didn't notify me because they were local charges the owner Sam Cannady had written down my full credit card information and was using my credit card for his day to day shopping at the corner stores the grocery stores and even bought a dog when I confronted him he told me that he was a millionaire that I was crazy but I got him on tape doing this and the stores let this man type the number in on a keypad that is scary the credit card company gave me a new card but said it will take over 6 months to do the investigation so this guys company is still open beware of him I never knew once I type his business name into a search engine it came up that he is known for credit card fraud I should have checked first
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

How can you shop at a local store without a physical credit card. Online, yes, for mail order, but most corner stores don't punch in credit card numbers, they ask for the card to be either swiped by a clerk or cardholder. They purchased a dog? How many people purchase dogs sight unseen over the telephone or online? A reputable shop or breeder isn't going to take credit card numbers, exp date, and CVC code to transact a deal. There is something about this complaint that isn't quite right. The complaint sounds fishy. Why didn't this individual start a chargeback and fraud investigation?
