The website isn’t free and they charge for the downloading. They don’t warn you and simply take money. After that you can’t stop them and the best way is to cancel the card and ask the bank’s representative to help. So, avoid this website.
Please do not tell stupid myths, and if you want to complain please attach the proper image of the book your downloaded and we charged you, also please keep one thing in mind, onlinegatha is an open source where authors are free to register and sell their books, it depends on the author of the book to keep the book chargeable or free, also if you see any book has price it will be chargeable you cannot download it without paying also if you are saying you downloaded it and then you were charged then you are fooling the public out here its absolutely not possible out on our platform then money is charged before downloading a, and only if the book has price.
So Stop making stupid myths out on the internet if we found such complains again we will take action against you in a legal manner.
Please do not issue wrong myths in the name of our company, the books which are free will never be charged and which are chargeable will always be charged so stop misguiding people around you, and stop the stupid things you are mentioning in the complains
