In the middle of May 2015 I ordered o pair of shoes from the online store allstarstrainers.uk.com. I never received an order confirmation or a payment confirmation and I sent them 2 emails, but I never received an answer. After about 10 days I was surprised when I received a shipping confirmation to notice the site was in China. I sent them a new email and they asked from me to be patient and my shoes will be to me soon. After 5 more days I received my sneakers, but nothing to see with the one I ordered! different models and different size (only the brand is right).
After that started a conversation (with emails), they told me that they are sorry but finally the suggestions was to send me a partial refund and to keep the shoes they sent me (they are useless to me), or to send me the shoes I ordered but I have to pay a partial shipping cost.
Of course I didn’t accept that and I asked from them to send me o full refund or to send the shoes I ordered with free shipping because I have already pay for that also I told them that I’ll send them back the wrong shoes I received.
After all of these they disappeared.
Hope to find any solution to all of this but I think it’s a fake company and I’ll never receive my money back.
You at least recieved your shoes I have nothing no shoes no money back ! If there is more people who were cheat by them please contact with me we would be stronger together and we can do something about this together please email me on bomo@autograf.pl we can't let them to treat others like that ! I will set up the case in court because All they did they have stollen our money and that is a crime ! That I won't let them to do ! Please get in touch which me ! Btw I order and cancelled my order on a 2nd of July 2015 ! Today is 6th of September 2015 ! No money back
The same s*hit is with me. Same situation. Wrong size and color.
