I have placed an order for a Nike Paul Rodriguez 2 Zoom Air High [protected] (white / varsity red) from http://www.obsneakers.com on May 31, 2010. They have charged the money from my paypal account immediately. 沈 建珊 is the name appears on paypal account that popped up and used to collect my money.

Everything seemed to be normal as I received an email from paypal saying I have been charged from my bank account. I also received a message from my bank that the money was deducted. However, there was no message sent to me about the payment from obsneakers, not even an automatic email response as other reliable websites have.

I felt restless with anxiety but I thought maybe it was how their system worked. I decided to search for some feedbacks about the website and their service through Google by typing obsneakers. I found only 3 comments which indicated about Fraud, Lies, Scam, and Rip-off. They were from www.fraudandscamreport.com, www.cylaprilscam.com, and /link removed/ It made me felt even more worried.

I sent emails to them for clarification. I also asked them for their address since it did not show on the website. However, they avoided answering my questions. I called them from the number shown on 'contact us'. They had very poor skills of communication in English and unprofessional customer service. If you get a chance to check on the website, you will notice very clear English and information with trustworthy looks. They presented in 'About us' about their excellent customer service team.

I felt very uncomfortable with the situation and their unclear and poor answers so I wished to cancel my order and payment. I called them again and they said the item had already been shipped. They also provided me the tracking number. I felt relieved and thought that things were alright then.

However, I was very disappointed when I received the item. It was faulty product, completely different design, and cheap imitation of Air Jordan 1 High Strap in Black; even though they guaranteed in 'FAQ' that their items are authentic and the customers would receive exactly what they saw on the website images.

I got a chance to travel to China so I used my China cell phone number to call them. I asked for the full refund they offered on the website 'FAQ'. They said they needed to check the details and would contact me back. We agreed that they would reply within that day.

I never received a reply. So I called them again the next day and found that THEY HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I used my Chinese friend number to call them and had her talked to them in Chinese. I thought it would be better to communicate in Chinese so they could understand exactly what I wanted.

They requested that I send them an email and attach the photos of the wrong item. I did and expected to hear from them within 12 hours as usual. They never replied. So I sent them another email to ask what had been going on. Surprisingly, my email could not be delivered. I tried sending them couple of times but it all got rejected. I felt pretty sure that THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL.

Since I could not reach them and never knew their address, I could not return the product and get a full refund. As a matter of fact, I did not want to return the item until I received a full refund. I'm afraid that once the item reaches to them, I will never get my money back. Their actions indicate that they intend to deceive.

I tried to open a dispute on PayPal but it did not allow me to do so. I escalated a dispute to a claim but it said PayPal could not take any action because the website was not registered as 'PayPal buyer protection website'.

I cannot contact my bank unless I already return the item to the seller. It is the bank policy.

Did you finally get your 80% refund? Do you think the address showed on the package they sent is real? I got a chance to go to China in June (after I placed an order for a week). I got a cellphone sim card from China and called them. They blocked my number the next day. So I had my Chinese friend talked to them using her cell phone. They were nice and understanding according to my friend. They asked me to send the image comparing between the item I ordered and the item I recieved. However, all they did were saying sorry and offering me discount for the next order.

Don't worry, just inform your bank to send you the credit card dispute form.
Do not send in anymore money to them.
I did get my shoe but it's the wrong shoe they send me.
Even worse, I order a puma shoe and they send me fake nike dunk .

They will refuse to get the shoe to send back to them and say is the EMS express company's fault in sending the wrong item to you.
It's the same excuse they gave to all the people who buy from their shop.

After I got the shoe, I took the picture of the shoe and print all the email information that I communicated with the seller.
And send it in to the bank as a prof that they are scamer and send wrong item and is a fake item.
With this, you are 80% there to get back your money.

Update us again your progress.

### i just ordered 3 pairs from here about a week ago and they said they dont have my shoes in stock and then i recieved another email NOT from them stating my order number is OBSand some numbers and they want me to pay again... has this happened to anybody? Also, has anybody actually ever recieved shoes that they ordered from this site?

They already have all the preset message with them. they just do a cut and paste to reply back. I am from asia Singapore. I just loose my USD$65 to those fker of Obsneaker!
They are from CHINA and fk those China-chinese.

I ordered shoes from the crooks too, and they threw the shipping company under the bus. Their emails back and forth with me have been pathetic. They won't take responsibility for their mistake and they tell me I should try to sell the shoes if I don't want them. WTF! I'm not in the biz of selling shoes, I'm a customer, ###! The little 10-18% discount for any of my friends and family is a slap in the face. Are you kidding me?! Why the ### would I tell anybody to order shoes from these crooks?! I'd like to get my hands on these mutha funkas.
Im making a point to write on as many complaint websites as I can about these thieves.

we did arrange the right shoes to you.but it is the express company mistook them.the express company have mistaken the packages with the other customer.and we have contacted with them, but they refuse to take the responsibility, so we have no results from them.and we already agree that we will take most of the responsibility for it.
you know that the shipping of the international express is very very costly.
the shipping fee is much more expensive than the cost of some shoes.you can check it from the website of express company.we just have a little profit of each original business.

No, that’s not good enough! I didn’t order these shoes so I want a FULL REFUND! I do not want to pay for something that I don’t want. It’s not my fault the express company made the mistake so I should not have to pay for the shoes they sent incorrectly. Please refund the full price back onto my credit card as soon as possible.

OBSNEAKERS is an absolute joke. They are getting away with fraud and must be shut down. The site doesn't allow comments and complaints because of an intentionally non-existent "code" that must be entered to carry out the process... this means people are more likely to walk into the trap. The shoes i received are not only bad fakes, but are completely different than the ones ordered. Shame on me for having faith in these people. ...worst 90 dollars I have ever spent.

OMG! I felt the same way when I placed an order with them. They emailed me and said they didn't have my shoes any longer and to please pick something different. I told them in 5 different emails that I only wanted those shoes nothing else. In 5 return emails they asked me again if I was telling them I didn't want anything from their lovely website. And to check again. We went back and forth for 4 days. I called my bank and reported fraud. I received my money back and the bank is dealing with them. I am so mad I didn't read the reviews about the first...errrrrrr. I swear the broken English and lack of understanding was driving me nuts!@!Horrible website! Horrible service!

The same thing happened to me, they charge me double for one transaction, and sent me faulty products which are different from what I've ordered. I was very stupid to ordered shoes from them, because their price was very cheap.

I think we have to take an action to these people or at least they won't deceive more people and get more money.

Did not get any response from Obsneakers since then. But doesn't matter, I booked my money back from my bank account. So now I'm still sort of waiting for a response by Paypal. They got Paypal's money, not mine. I told Paypal it's a fraud but they do nothing about it. So ### Paypal then.

Good luck with your refund or better shoes. But I don't think they will do anything for you.

I have bought 2 pair shoes from obsneakers 4 month ago. I don't know whether it's fake or not. But the quality of these shoes are pretty good. Maybe your preblem is an occasional mistake for special ressonslike festival. I have contacted them many times and never came across no reponse.

Son ladrones, no hay otra expresión para calificar o descalificar lo que hace esta chusma, incluso inteceden mensajes en páginas de ésta índole para lavar su cara con comentarios falsos sobre lo bien que han recibido un pedido. Son literalmente, unos muertos de hambre que tienen que recurrir a estos sistemas de estafas, enviándote copias de originales, de zapatillas deportivas, de cualquier otra cosa, cobrándote portes y precios de material auténtico. Además bloquean tus cuentas de email para que no puedas contactar con ellos, una vez abierta la disputa, es decir, cuando tardan 3 semanas desde que pagas, hasta que recibes la primera bazofia falsa que encuentran, que además, como ya he dicho es falsa. Por si fuera poco, tienen un servicio de chat donde lo único que hacen es darte excusas, bien te ofrecen un descuento, ( pero en el próximo pedido, este erróneo te lo comes ) o bien te dan otro descuento si vuelves a pedirles algo ( dime quién es el imbécil que lo haría ), te dicen que tienen que consultar con el supervisor, que tienen problemas con su PC, etc etc.
Un cúmulo de excusas.
Muertos de hambre, eso es lo que son.
Estafadores.
Hagamos esto cuanto más público mejor, es un insulto, una falta de respeto hacia los que sí hacen bien su negocio

I had the same problem! Ordered one style of shoes and received a completely different style of shoes! Same runaround with an email address that they can turn on and off at will! Wanted me to be happy with the shoes they sent and would give me a 10% discount to get the original pair I ordered! Bottom line as I told them, "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me"! I stopped at one time and lost my money! My experience over the last few months has lead me to believe that I will never again but anything directly from a Chinese based company! Duped in Idaho!
